2-Week Bottom Memo Planner Layout: How to Use and Make It

2-Week Bottom Memo planner refill with a sample entry

What is this layout?

Tai-chan, the Timekeeper Deco mascotA two-week layout with a memo section under the dates.
The 2-Week layout puts two weeks on one sheet. You see further ahead than a single week, and you can write in more detail than a monthly sheet.

How to use

  1. Write each day's plan on one line.
  2. In the memo section below, write target scores, things to bring, and things to buy.
  3. Red = tests and due dates, green = fun plans, highlighter = the most important.

The sample picture above shows a middle-schooler's plans: red = tests, due dates and deadlines; green = fun plans; yellow highlighter = the one most important thing. Layouts differ, so each one is written a little differently.

★ Tip

You can also write a two-week look back. Good for combining plans and notes.
