2-Week Time Dots Planner Layout: How to Use and Make It

2-Week Time Dots planner refill with a sample entry

What is this layout?

Tai-chan, the Timekeeper Deco mascotA two-week layout with dots at the left and middle of each row. Weekdays in 2 languages.
The 2-Week layout puts two weeks on one sheet. You see further ahead than a single week, and you can write in more detail than a monthly sheet.

How to use

  1. Make your own rule, like the left dot for morning and the middle dot for afternoon.
  2. Write the time first, then what you'll do.
  3. Red = tests and due dates, green = fun plans, highlighter = the most important.

The sample picture above shows a middle-schooler's plans: red = tests, due dates and deadlines; green = fun plans; yellow highlighter = the one most important thing. Layouts differ, so each one is written a little differently.

★ Tip

Split a day into first and second half. Cleaner than a time scale.
