2-Week Time Top / Bottom Planner Layout: How to Use It

2-Week Time Top / Bottom planner refill with a sample entry

What is this layout?

Tai-chan, the Timekeeper Deco mascotOnly the top and bottom rows of each week have a time scale.
The 2-Week layout puts two weeks on one sheet. You see further ahead than a single week, and you can write in more detail than a monthly sheet.

How to use

  1. In rows with a scale, start writing at the time's position.
  2. In other rows, write the time in letters, like "17:30 Tutoring".
  3. Red = tests and due dates, green = fun plans, highlighter = the most important.

The sample picture above shows a middle-schooler's plans: red = tests, due dates and deadlines; green = fun plans; yellow highlighter = the one most important thing. Layouts differ, so each one is written a little differently.

★ Tip

The scale is just a guide, so it looks clean. Good if you dislike clutter.
