2-Week Planner Layout: How to Use and Make It

2-Week planner refill with a sample entry

What is this layout?

Tai-chan, the Timekeeper Deco mascotA two-week spread: 14 days, one line each, on one sheet.
The 2-Week layout puts two weeks on one sheet. You see further ahead than a single week, and you can write in more detail than a monthly sheet.

How to use

  1. First, write big plans like tests, due dates, and tournaments in red.
  2. Next, write club, tutoring, and lessons in your usual color.
  3. Write fun plans in green, and make the one top item stand out with highlighter.

The sample picture above shows a middle-schooler's plans: red = tests, due dates and deadlines; green = fun plans; yellow highlighter = the one most important thing. Layouts differ, so each one is written a little differently.

★ Tip

You see further ahead than a 1-week layout, so it suits planning before tests.
