Vertical + Memo Planner Layout: How to Use and Make It

Vertical + Memo planner refill with a sample entry

What is this layout?

Tai-chan, the Timekeeper Deco mascotMemo sections above and below the time section, for a goal and a look back.
Weekly Vertical layouts split the week into seven columns, with time running down each day.

How to use

  1. In the top memo, write the most important thing of the day.
  2. In the middle time section, write your usual plans.
  3. In the bottom memo, write what you did and what you noticed.

The sample picture above shows a middle-schooler's plans: red = tests, due dates and deadlines; green = fun plans; yellow highlighter = the one most important thing. Layouts differ, so each one is written a little differently.

★ Tip

A goal in the morning, a look back at night. You can praise yourself at day's end.
