What is this layout?
A layout to record daily life: sleep, meals, how you feel, steps, and more.
Weekly Vertical layouts split the week into seven columns, with time running down each day.
How to use
- Write wake-up time and temperature in the morning, and bedtime at night.
- Keep meals short. Mark the weather picture and the ○ for how you feel.
- In the diary section, write a short note about the day or your mood.
The sample picture above shows a middle-schooler's plans: red = tests, due dates and deadlines; green = fun plans; yellow highlighter = the one most important thing. Layouts differ, so each one is written a little differently.
★ Tip
In a week you can see sleep loss and ups and downs. Good for knowing yourself.
