2-Month Gantt Planner Layout: How to Use and Make It

2-Month Gantt planner refill with a sample entry

What is this layout?

Tai-chan, the Timekeeper Deco mascotA chart with tasks on the left and dates on the right. Show plans as bars.
Monthly layouts show one month (or two) on a single sheet.

How to use

  1. Write one task in the TASK section on the left.
  2. Draw a bar from the start date to the end date.
  3. Use red bars for tests, green for fun, and blue for everyday prep.

The sample picture above shows a middle-schooler's plans: red = tests, due dates and deadlines; green = fun plans; yellow highlighter = the one most important thing. Layouts differ, so each one is written a little differently.

★ Tip

Long prep is easy to see. Good for 2-month plans or homework running at once.
